Abstract

Bu calismada bazi organik fosforlu pestisitlerin (methyl parathion, azamethypos, dichlorvos ve diazinon) farkli konsantrasyonlarinin Drosophila melanogaster\'in yasama yuzdesi uzerine etkisi arastirilmistir. Deneylerde D. melanogaster\'in mwh- flr3 caprazi kullanilmistir. 3. donem larvalara 5 ml test solusyonu eklenmis, Drosophila hazir besi ortami ile kronik olarak beslenmistir. Beslenme sinekler pupadan cikinca sonlandirilmistir. Kullanilan kimyasallarin oldurucu dozlari belirlenmistir. Deneyler 3 kez tekrarlanmistir. Kontrol grubu icin 5 ml su kullanilmistir. Kullanilan organik fosforlu insektisitler icin yasama yuzdeleri belirlenmistir. Methyl parathion, azamethypos, dichlorvos ve diazinon\'dan olusan deney gruplarinin yasama yuzdeleri ile kontrol grubunun yasama yuzdeleri istatistikselIn this study, different concentrations of some organophosphate insecticides (methyl parathion, azamethypos, dichlorvos ve diazinon) were investigated for effects on survival percentage of Drosophila melanogaster. The mwh- flr3 Drosophila cross was used. Third-instar larvae were chronically fed with the Drosophila instant medium to which 5 ml test solutions were added. Feeding ended with pupation of the surviving larvae. Lethal doses of the chemicals used in the experiment were determined. The experiments were repeated 3 times. 5 ml water was administered to the control group. Percentages of survival of the flies were determined for organophosphate insecticides used in the experiment. Survival percentage of experiment groups, which contain methyl parathion, azamethypos, dichlorvos, diazinon, and survival percentage of control group were statistically compared by the use of chi-square teDrosophila melanogaster, organik fosforlu pestisit, yasama yuzdesiDrosophila melanogaster, organophosphate insecticide, percentage of survival.
