Abstract baureka.online is a future web portal for the disciplines of building archaeology, architectural history, and historic preservation, which is currently being developed by the departments of architectural history at RWTH Aachen University and TU Berlin together with FIZ Karlsruhe – Leibniz Institute for Information Infrastructure. baureka.online is being designed in close partnership with its community to support their research data management while at the same time providing a platform that promotes exchange and networking within the disciplines. The team of baureka.online strives to offer the community long-term storage of research data and to make existing digital data discoverable through a single, accessible web portal.
