Abstract
For special functions of generalized complex variables that are regular particular solutions of the equations of plane and flexural vibrations of thin rectilinear anisotropic plates in domains of interior and annulus type we prove that the formal series representations converge absolutely and uniformly, establish a differentiation formula, and prove that the system of solutions is a basis.
