Abstract

This paper is devoted to introducing the basic introduction to neutrosophic set theory. Neutrosophic laws defined by the partial algebra are totally (100%) true. We study three types of neutrosophic sets H1t[I], H2t[I] and H3t[I], and defined the notions of empty neutrosophic set, universal neutrosophic set, equality of neutrosophic set, neutrosophic subsets, complement of neutrosophic set, and their properties.
