Abstract

To examine the relationship between baseline neurocognitive status and long term effects (6 + months) of executive function (EF) training for Veterans with chronic TBI and cognitive complaints. In a previous study, participants clustered based on baseline neurocognitive status into a cognitive difficulty group (CD) improved more on measures of neurocognitive functioning than participants clustered in a cognitively normal (CN) group when assessed immediately following EF training.
