Abstract

Introduction: An anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) Registry was established at the Queensland Children’s Hospital (QCH) to investigate paediatric ACL injuries, supporting the International Olympic Committee’s recommendations for research priorities. This Registry collects comprehensive domains including medical imaging, concomitant injuries, instrumented laxometry, physical/functional measurements, surgical techniques, complications, and patient reported outcome measures (PROMs). The primary aim of this study was to report baseline measures, focusing on demographics, injury characteristics, and PROMs.
