Abstract
With the development of precision agriculture technology, the agricultural equipment with wireless transmission is playing an important role. This paper introduces the monitoring system based on the wireless transmission, and test of the accuracy and stability of system at the same operating speed during the pneumatic seeder seeding condition. The contents of the monitoring system are as follows. First, the main-control chip is the MSP430. Second, the wireless transmission chip is the NRF24L01 which is used to transfer the wireless data. Third, the audible alarm is a buzzer which can give an audible alarm when it appears missing seeding or reseeding. Fourth, the seeding data acquisition used the laser sensor, which can reduce the influence of the Sun’s rays. Finally, the data presentation device used the Dean Text display which can display the seeding rate timely during the seeder operating process. From the test, the result shows that the monitoring system not only accurately counts the seed rate, but also can give an audible alarm in time. Besides, the monitoring system has better accuracy and stability.
