Abstract
At present, there are few researches about telescopic digital holography (TDH) on the combination of digital holography and telescope technology. Because this technology generally cause low phase shift accuracy and large image reconstruction distance, which will lead to low signal–noise ratio (SNR) of incoherent telescopic digital holographic imaging under the circumstances. A spatial light modulator (SLM) is applied to the white light incoherent digital holography in order to solve this problem, we have carried out detailed theoretical analysis, simulation and experimental research through the recording and reproduction process. The experimental results show that the effect of phase shift errors on imaging quality is eliminated by introducing SLM, and the theoretical analysis also provides an important theoretical basis for optimizing system parameters and improving system resolution. Moreover, the simulation and experimental results of the incoherent white light digital holography with the addition of SLM show that the experimental results are in agreement with the theoretical analysis. In addition, this technology has great potential application prospects in the fields of military, aerospace and engineering testing, etc.
