Abstract
An instance of an antecedent severe anal pruritus and multiple neoplasms, namely, a benign adenoma of the rectosigmoid, and basal cell carcinomas of the forehead in November 1962 and another basal cell carcinoma of the perianus in July 1963 is presented. On the basis of personal clinical experience basal cell cancer of the perianus occurs more commonly than the literature indicates.
