Abstract
Basal cell adenocarcinoma (BCAC), a salivary gland tumor, has been theorized to originate either from monomorphic adenomas undergoing a malignant transformation or to arise de novo. Here we present the first case report of a BCAC tumor that arose within a pleo- morphic adenoma.
