Abstract

We write down the baryon wave functions in QCD 2 in the strong-coupling semi-classical approximation. These wave functions are expressed as polynomials in z i and z i ∗, i = 1, …, N, where N is the number of flavors. The z-number minus the z ∗- number in the wave function is constrained to be equal to the number of colors, N c. The strange quark content is calculated for some of these states.
