Abstract
We seek dynamical consequences of the assumption that the baryon is composed of slowly moving heavy objects (quarks). It is found that the hyperfine structure of hydrogen is relativity sensitive to structure, and the effect tends to reduce the present discrepancy between theory and experiment. It is also pointed out that all neutral baryons will have vanishing charge form factors according to the present model.
