Abstract
The replacement of the higher order Skyrme terms by explicit vector meson fields improves the results for the baryon resonances. For the low partial waves the situation is still unsatisfactory. In the case of the S11 channel a great improvement is aceived by inclusion of an isoscalar-scalar glueball field.
