She promotes the practice of HPT by serving as a coach for professionals who are expanding the scope of their practice models, and by conducting briefings for corporate executives. She's currently completing her tenth book, Capturing Mindshare: An Executive's Guide to Managing Integrated Communication and Learning Systems, and working on her “place,” which is a combination home/office that serves as a think tank and technology demonstration center, located near Lake Cayuga in upstate New York.
