Abstract

Introduction Baraitser-Winter syndrome (BRWS) is a rare autosomal dominant disorder with fewer than 50 cases reported in the literature. Features include facial dysmorphism, ocular coloboma, brain abnormalities, hearing defects, intellectual disability and kidney abnormalities.
