Abstract
This paper presents the first finds of a rare moth, Baptria tibiale (Esper, 1791), for the fauna of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The species was recorded on Kukavica Lake in western Bosnia on July 2, 2021. This is a boreo-montane species with a Palearctic distribution that is rare and very local in Southeast Europe.
