Abstract
A bandpass Δ-Σ modulator with frequency converters in the feedback loop is proposed. The sampling frequency of the internal ADC and DAC can be reduced without the need for antialiasing filters. The effects of mismatching on the internal DAC and mixer are reduced by using mismatch shaping.
