Abstract

The {sup 95}Ru nucleus has been studied through the {sup 94}Mo({alpha},3{ital n}){sup 95}Ru reaction. A level scheme has been proposed from {gamma}-{gamma} coincidence data and spin assignments are made on the basis of the results of angular distribution measurements. A rotation-particle coupling calculation has been performed and the proposed level scheme is discussed in the light of its predictions. The results obtained in the present work are also compared to those of previous investigations on this nucleus.
