Abstract
Analysis of Schubnikow-De Haas oscillations in n-type Bi 2Te 3 has indicated the existence of a multivalley conduction band structure. The Hall-effect does not follow the predicted pattern, so that the presence of and additional band must be considered. The g-factor was determined for the trigonal direction.
