Abstract
Les spectres de magnetoplasma de l'infra-rouge lointain dans des monocristaux de Pb 1-x Sn x Te dopes par 1 at.% d'indium, sont mesures a travers l'inversion de bande, entre 4,2 et 20 K, ou on observe une forte variation de photoconductivite. On observe que les bandes interdites ne sont pas appreciablement changees par le dopage a l'indium, tandis que les masses linites deviennent plus lourdes que celles du Pb 1-x Sn x Te non dope
