Bamboo derived activated carbon as a highly efficient catalyst for the oxidation and adsorption of hydrogen sulfide at room temperature

Abstract

Bamboo derived activated carbon exhibited excellent sulfur capacity for H2S catalytic oxidation–adsorption at room temperature. Diffusion inside the pores was the rate-determining step during the diffusion process of sulfur-containing products.
