Abstract
Successful Re-do balloon mitral valvotomy was done from left femoral access because of abnormality in right lower limb venous system in a patient who underwent BMV in past before 6 years. This is an unusual case of its kind in which redo BMV as a second procedure was done using left femoral vein as an access.
