Abstract

In this study, it is aimed to integrate the application processes of both Balanced Scorecard and Six Sigma to constitute a new model suggestion. Before applying the integrated model suggestion it is needed that the strategic planning process to be completed. Forasmuch, the integrated model presents a method in order that strategies can be executed effectively within the framework of Six Sigma cycle. Therefore, the integrated model enables Balanced Scorecard to be applied based on a process-focused approach. Besides, the strategic goals of the organization must be converted into critical to quality (CTQ)’s and CTQ’s must be divided into four performance dimensions of integrated model suggestion. Also the process Sigma number must be calculated according to four performance dimensions of the integrated model suggestion. And it must be evaluated whether the feedback information of Six Sigma Project is operational or strategic .
