Abstract
The synergy between TNI, POLRI, ORMAS, PEMKOT and students is a form of solidarity between components of society during the current Covid-19 pandemic. This synergy in social service aims to help some people directly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic so that they have better endurance. This social service activity is also in commemoration of the 93rd youth oath day in 2021. From Catur University Insan Scholar this activity is represented by BKM as a student organization at the university level. This social service activity is carried out by helping to provide material assistance in the form of basic food packages. Food packages of 2000 packages. The result of this Social Service activity is the distribution of a number of material assistance so that it can increase people's resilience to get out of the economic pressure due to COVID-19.

Kapolri Jenderal Listyo Sigit Prabowo pada peringatan hari jadi TNI Ke 76 tahun 2021 mengatakan bahwa soliditas dan sinergitas antara TNI dengan Polri sangat mutlak diperlukan. Oleh karena itu bertepatan dengan peringatan hari Sumpah Pemuda ke 93 tanggal 28 Oktober 2021, aparat TNI dan Polri bersama dengan Ormas, pemerintah kota Cirebon serta mahasiswa mengadakan kegiatan bakti sosial sebagai bentuk sinergisitas komponen-komponen masyarakat yang ada di Kota Cirebon. Universitas Catur Insan Cendekia melalui Badan Koordinasi Mahasiswa bersama dengan TNI, POLRI serta Ormas dan pemerintah Kota berkesempatan mengikuti kegiatan bakti sosial tersebut. Bagi Universitas Catur Insan Cendekia (UCIC) kegiatan tersebut selain untuk memperingati hari Sumpah Pemuda, juga merupakan salah satu kegiatan rutin dalam program merdeka belajar kampus merdeka (MBKM). Kegiatan bakti sosial ini merupakan pewujudan kecendikiawan dari sivitas akademika Universitas Catur Insan Cendekia serta merupakan bagian dari pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran sosial bagi mahasiswa. Beberapa kegiatan Universitas CIC dalam rangka MBKM dan bakti sosial yang rutin dilaksanakan diantaranya melalui pemberian santunan kepada anak yatim bersama yayasan Kreasi Bangun Semesta cabang Cirebon (Suwandi et al, 2021). Adanya kegiatan bakti sosial ini bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat yang terkena dampak Covid-19 harapan dapat meringankan beban kebutuhan masyarakat
