Abstract
The cover picture shows a facile synthetic methodology towards fluorescent Dy3 single‐molecule magnets (SMMs). The axially coordinating aryloxides provide strong ligand field to induce magnetic anisotropy required for Dy‐SMMs. Two‐step slow relaxation process should be due to the coexistence of D6h and Cs (nine‐coordinate) Dy(III) centers, verified by ab initio calculations.
