Abstract

This cover picture describes the divergent synthesis of glycopeptides bearing three distinct core m1, core m2 and core m3 O‐mannosyl glycan structures. The streamline assembly integrates chemical synthesis of the core structures and enzymatic elaboration to give the terminal moieties. Key steps include regioselective protection of mannopyranoside building blocks, catalytic glycosidation, optimized microwave‐assisted peptide assembly and glycotransferase‐mediated enzymatic modification.
