The TRAV/TRBV gene pairing is here depicted using Circos plots. The image is taken from Eggesbø et al. (pp. 1542–1545) where the authors by single-cell TCR sequencing demonstrate that TCR repertoires of celiac disease patients do not show any obvious V gene pairing preference.
