Abstract
Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3/CoFe2O4 (BST/CFO) composites were synthesized via the conventional solid-state reaction method. The phase composition and surface morphology of the composites were investigated using X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM), respectively. The dielectric and magnetic properties of the composites were studied. The results show that the BST/CFO composites have giant dielectric constants and very high remnant magnetisation. The dielectric behavior of the BST/CFO composites can be explained by the Maxwell–Wagner Model.
