Abstract

The large cross section for b-quark production at LHC will allow a necessary precision for a complete program of beauty physics. ATLAS detector capabilities in this field are described. After the introduction outlining the relevant detector features, the status of triggering studies devoted to beauty physics is presented. There follows a description of methods and expected precisions for measurements of CP violation in B-decays, beauty baryon polarization, Bs mixing parameter, and expected limits for FCNC B-decays measurement. At the end future plans are mentioned.
