Abstract

We argue for a close proximity of the ${\ensuremath{\Upsilon}}^{\ensuremath{'}\ensuremath{'}\ensuremath{'}}$ resonance to the $B\overline{B}$ threshold. This is used to suggest that a possible nonleptonic enhancement in $B$ decays leads to characteristic asymmetries in the final states produced in the two sides of the resonance peak. An asymmetry in the number of kaons has already been observed.
