Research Article| October 01 2018 B for Badan, Blessed, and (B)othered: The Counter-Sacred in the Iranian Theatre of War Marjan Moosavi Marjan Moosavi Marjan Moosavi is an Iranian-Canadian PhD candidate and instructor at the University of Toronto's Centre for Drama, Theatre, and Performance Studies. Her professional work is rounded out with dramaturgy, dramatic translation, and sessional work as an instructor. Her articles on Iranian dramaturgy and diasporic theatre are published in The Routledge Companion to Dramaturgy, TDR, New Theatre Quarterly, and Critical Stages. She is the Regional Managing Editor of the Iran section for TheTheatreTimes.com.
