Abstract
Summary 200 new-born infants were vaccinated with B.C.G. by intradermal injection, using the ‘Dermo-jet’ apparatus. The site of vaccination was examined after 8 weeks and a multiple puncture tuberculin test done. All 200 had a positive tuberculin test. There were no severe local reactions.
