Abstract

The treatment of distal right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT) stenosis can be challenging given the proximity of the pulmonary arterial (PA) bifurcation. The flower-blossom stenting (FBS) technique involves deploying a single stent mounted on two balloons and has been described in older patients. We describe the use of this technique in a younger, pediatric cohort.
