In the present, azoxymethane/dextran sulfate sodium (AOM/DSS)-induced cancer model is widely use in the building of CRC animal model, but there are quite differences exist in the quantities of research. As a result, this review will concisely introduce the process and assessment of the AOM/DSS-induced mouse CRC model in order to provide a comprehensive reference for the one does this ailment model.
