Abstract

Early life severe Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) bronchiolitis is a risk factor for childhood asthma. As azithromycin may attenuate airway inflammation during RSV bronchiolitis, we evaluated if it would reduce the occurrence of recurrent wheeze (RW).
