Abstract
An experiment is described whose purpose is to detect azimuthal asymmetry in jets that are caused by p-nucleus reactions at 27 Bev. A statistical method is given for combining all jets with a given number of prongs n/sub s/. The angular distributions of 142 jets are determined in emulsion. The jets are found to be azimuthally symmetric for both high and low n/sub s/. (T.F.H.)
