Abstract

The study aimed to investigate the level of awareness and engagement among university employees regarding cancer screening programs. In the descriptive cross-sectional study, 223 university employees were sampled. Data collection involved the utilization of an information form aligned with existing literature to ascertain participants' demographic details, cancer risk assessment, engagement in cancer screening initiatives, and knowledge level regarding these programs.
