Abstract
Tuberous sclerosis is a neurocutaneous disorder with autosomal dominant inheritance. We present an incidentally encountered case of tuberous sclerosis in a 20-year-old man following sudden unexpected death. He had mental retardation and seizure. Autopsy findings included usual findings of facial angiofibroma, hypomelanotic macules in trunk, periungal fibromas, gingival fibromas, cortical tuber, subependymal giant cell tumor, renal angiomyolipoma. The cause of death is asphyxia.
