Abstract

A description of a new approach to the solution of the problem of autonomous indoor navigation is presented that is based on active use of models of virtual reality, 3D simulation, visualization of objects of the internal infrastructure of buildings, and the development of a client--server system of autonomous navigation inside these objects.
