Abstract

Abstract : Respiration rate and heart rate changes induced by administration of autonomically active drugs at usual clinical dosage levels tended to be significantly correlated with temporal judgments when using the method of pro uction. No correlation was found with blood pressure or skin temperature or when judging time with the reproduction method. Duration judgments with the method of production, in which time estimates are based upon internal events, are significantly correlated with rhythmic physiological activity when no external cues of time are present.
