Abstract

This article approaches the generation of emotional autonomy’s narratives for women in a period of pandemic and confinement, conditions that in Mexico and Latin America have resisted the situation of violence against them, severe even before the health crisis occurred. These narratives have been elaborated based on personal experience from virtual collective initiatives through embroidery as a form of feminist political action from the everyday with favorable consequences on mental health.
