Abstract

In 2022, the poultry farming share in the Russian Federation total meat production was 43,5%, that by the rapid pace of reproduction, intensive growth, and birds high production is explained. There 7 million tons of poultry meat in live weight were produced, that exceeds the 2021 in average in 4% and in absolute terms amounts was 280 thousand tons. More than 89% of poultry meat for by broiler chickens due to the low feed with conversion rate of (1,7) and the livestock high turnover (up till 8 times a year) is accounted. Small scale poultry enterprises produce 7,5% of broiler chicken meat. To increase the production efficiency on farms this category, a fattening broiler chickens’ technological module has been developed, the annual production capacity of which is 2,480 heads with the possibility of simultaneous maintenance of 310 broilers. A mathematical model of broiler’s live weight changing during the fattening cycle in this technological module is constructed. Based on the data obtained on broilers’ change mass during the fattening cycle and the air exchange’s normative parameters had required per 1 kg of birds’ live weight, the changing dependences in total air exchange at broilers’ fattening period, taking into account the period of the year are determined. The required air exchange values for the entire fattening cycle have been determined, that varying from 97,7 m3/h to 5255,7 m3/h in the warm season, from 9,8 m3/h to 525.6 m3/h in the cold season. To ensure a certain air exchange, ventilation system’s technological module automating scheme is proposed, the correction of which on the basis of data on feed and water consumption, as well as on the litter output amount is carried out.
