Abstract
The existing Oxygen Compressor system consists of heavy hardware equipment and large number of controls, which causes the deterioratoin of the processing, and maintenance of Oxygen Compressor due to the complexity involved in the hardware circuitry. The main objective of the work is to reduce the complexity in the hardware circuitry and to improve the performance, efficiency of the process with effective process control.The process control introduced in the work is “PC BASED CONTROL SYSTEM”. The performance of the existing Oxygen Compressor system can be improved by PC based Instrumentation.
