When using X-ray fluorescence (XRF) spectrometry to detect heavymetal content in soil, there are several factors that affect the range ofspectral variable resolutions such as characteristic peak broadeningof heavy metal, characteristic peak overlapping of heavy metal,instrumental noise, and potential absorption enhancement effect ofelements.
