Abstract

With the continuous development of economic level, people’s demand for electricity is gradually increasing, which leads to overload phenomenon of power system, and at the same time, many line faults are also accompanied. The main factors affecting the power supply reliability of medium voltage distribution network are: line fault rate, fault repair time, operation outage rate, operation outage time, user density and distribution, etc. Aiming at the automatic identification of equipment safety in medium voltage uninterrupted operation, a virtual α β static coordinate system with two inverted β axes is constructed by using two representations of positive phasors in α β static coordinate system, and a new phase angle measurement algorithm is proposed, which is synthesized by multiplying the discrete Fourier transform results of three data windows by different coefficients. The above control strategy is simulated in the electromagnetic transient simulation software PSCAD/EMTDC, and the simulation results verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
