Abstract

This research embodies the idea of greenhouse automation by using the Internet of Things (IoT). The aim of this development is to introduce small agricultural greenhouses and make them “smart". They are intended for monitoring conditions, controlling irrigation, collecting images with cameras installed, and controlling plant disease with leaf data. However, this research focuses on the development of the proposed design and architecture of a greenhouse surveillance system based on the Internet of Things, irrigation management, and an effective method for detecting plant diseases.KeywordsSmart greenhouseMonitoringPlantsDisease detectionDeep neural networks
