Abstract

The invention relates to an automatic fruit grading system. The automatic fruit grading system is characterized by comprising a detection unit and a man-machine interaction unit, wherein the detectionunit is connected with the man-machine interaction unit through a communication unit; the man-machine interaction unit feeds back the detection and grading results in real time, and realizes the regulation and setting of grading parameters according to the actual conditions. The detection unit comprises a light-proof detection box and an industrial personal computer, a light source, a photoelectric sensor and at least two cameras are arranged in the light-proof detection box, the cameras and the photoelectric sensor are connected with the industrial personal computer, and the photoelectric sensor is arranged at one end, closed to a to-be-detected fruit inlet, of the side surface of the light-proof detection box. By adopting the automatic fruit grading system, an acquisition result and animage processing result of an image can be monitored in real time, and the grading parameters of fruits is set through a host computer, and the automatic fruit grading system is provided with an excellent man-machine interaction interface, and facilitates an operation staff to accurately and intuitively monitor and manage the grading process and results of the fruits.
