Abstract

This study presents the development and implementation of an automatic multi-lamp lighting fluorescent system, based on electronic ballasts with capacity of ideal programmable preheating and dimming capabilities, and digital average current mode control for the active input power factor corrector stage. Furthermore, the proposed system allows remote monitoring and management through a friendly software platform, which includes light and presence sensors, where the system operates automatically or manually, according to the necessity of each environment and/or final user, allowing an efficient and smart lighting system control.
