In an accurate, fast, efficient, automated premise, the automatic detecting system identify the true identity of a motor vehicle, and find inconsistence with the true identity of the motor vehicle ( including fake cards,decks, altered license plate, without inspection, scrap vehicles, etc.), or find other identity-related violations(including escape purchase tax, travel tax, insurance, management fees and operating vehicles management fees and "yellow car" , etc.). On the inspection mode, the original "must check every car" model is changed into "problematic vehicle check" inspection mode. This system can greatly improve public security, the level of traffic management; strengthen the construction of terrorism prevention and control system and stability maintenance system.
