Abstract
During the COVID-19 pandemic, everything is done in online mode. Due to this reason, the cost and requirement of the mobile phone and its gadgets are increasing day by day. Users are searching and purchasing new phones nowadays and some of them are confused and unable to decide or make his/her mind to purchase a suitable mobile phone. The decision of the selection of a better and reliable mobile phone is very complex and difficult. In this paper the automatic case base mobile phone selection process is discussed. This work will help many online mobile selling websites to provide users with a better phone selection decision option. The improvement of the efficiency of the system is also discussed in the paper.
